Listable is a mobile application for managing shopping lists, published by OVERRIDE (see Legal notice).

Using the application implies acceptance of these terms. Creating an account is required to access collaborative features.

Listable offers a free tier and a paid tier (Listable Premium). Prices are those displayed in the application at the time of subscription. Billing is handled by the App Store and Google Play.

You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. OVERRIDE may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms.

The service is provided as is. OVERRIDE cannot be held liable for data loss caused by misuse or service interruption, beyond what is required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts within OVERRIDE's registered office.
